We’ve made a few updates to our virtual meeting format to enhance security and maintain the safe, supportive environment we’ve all come to value. Regular attendees may notice these changes:

• Zoom Waiting Room Enabled: Attendees will now enter a waiting room before being admitted.

• Camera Use Encouraged: If possible, please have your camera on to be admitted. Those without cameras may be admitted at the meeting host’s discretion. Once admitted & recognized, participants may turn off video.

• Muted Upon Entry: To prevent disruptions, all participants will be muted upon entry and can only be unmuted by the host.

These adjustments are in response to the rise in Zoom meeting disruptions globally. Our goal is to continue providing a safe space, free from interruptions, where we can share openly and support one another.
